Sketch Quest

Spend a Saturday afternoon with some other art types, exploring the city in a way you haven’t before, sketching in few different locations throughout Pocatello and making some awesome art. The class will meet together before heading out to a few places in town and talk a bit about the sketchbook, it’s uses, a little history and how other artists have utilized this drawing tool.

WHAT YOU NEED: You should have access to transportation to reach the sketch destinations. We hope for good weather, but please dress warmly with layers, wear sturdy walking shoes, and a personal portable chair (camp chairs) may be brought if you so choose. Bring bring your favorite sketchbook (8.5x11 or 9x12 suggested) and portable  drawing tools (pen, marker, pencil, charcoal, colored pencil, etc.)
